Allbirds launches ‘Wonder Walks’ via Banter

To celebrate the launch of the new Tree Toppers range, Allbirds have teamed up with some of Melbourne’s most stylish and influential people to take the concept of walking tours to a whole new level. Wonder Walks are a series of free guided immersive walking experiences held around Melbourne from April 5-7.

For one weekend only, foodie Sara Oteri (Masterchef), photographer Connor Vaughan, designer Esther Kirwan (Theo The Label) and music legend Lakyn will take you on a journey to the back streets of Melbourne where each guide will reveal their favourite local hot spots. These 3-4 hour immersive tours will give walkers a taste of Melbourne’s unique foodie, photography, sustainable fashion, and music scene from those who know it best.

Lucky walkers will discover parts of the city they may not be familiar with in a small group of likeminded people. From a photography masterclass in the graffiti lanes of the city with Connor Vaughan, to eating and drinking your way through some of Melbourne’s top foodie destinations with Sara Oteri, these are anything but your average tours.

To top it off guests will test drive a pair of Allbirds Tree Toppers during the tour and be able to take them home for their own urban adventures.

Paul Den, Partner & Co-Founder at Banter says: “With the launch of the new Tree Toppers range, we wanted to take the concept of a test drive to a whole new level. What better way to demonstrate that Tree Toppers are the perfect shoes for urban cruising than by giving people the chance to soak up Melbourne’s buzzing culture on foot”.

Allbirds create the world’s most comfortable shoes using natural materials like merino wool, eucalyptus tree fiber, and sugar cane.

The Tree Topper range is a simple evolution of the classic high-top made of breathable and silky-smooth tree material and comes in a range of colours including blue, green, grey, pink, nude and charcoal.

Tickets to these unique experiences are free and were made available to the general public last Thursday.
