AMEX, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, FutureBrand Australia and Finder to speak at the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit
Two new sessions are confirmed for the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit with AMEX, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, FutureBrand Australia and Finder set to speak.
Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) is one of Australia’s largest retirement income providers. But as times change, the needs of members have too. CSC has had to keep up with an everchanging industry, employing a progressive agenda to build its brand and marketing capabilities.
CSC’s Matthew Wong, senior manager – brand, marketing, communications and digital engagement, will be joined by FutureBrand Australia’s CEO Rich Curtis to discuss how CSC has built its brand from the bottom up, embedding brand-led approaches within the organisation to enable the focus, alignment and connection required to drive customer awareness and acquisition, alongside customer insight and operational effectiveness.
In another session titled ‘Will the Cost of Living Cost Marketers? Finance Marketing Leads discuss‘, delegates will hear from Will Thorne, vice president consumer and business acquisition A/NZ and Jennifer Snell, head of growth, Finder, with more marketers to be confirmed soon.
With Australia in the midst of a cost of living crisis, how have marketers planned for its impact? The panel will discuss positioning a finance brand as a true partner to consumers, as finance marketers are attempt to gain new customers while maintaining solid relationships with their current set.
They will also discuss customer and partner trends, how brands and marketers can help consumers, what finance marketers need to do to get an edge in the current circumstances, and what advantages the current situation might provide.
The Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit will be on June 8 at the Sofitel Wentworth, Sydney.
