“Handling complex visual communication challenges is something that sets Designate apart, whether it be communicating a business model to investors, developing the right corporate brand strategy or positioning your employee brand to the right talent.”

Nobbs will work with clients including AGL, Caltex, Charter Hall, Dexus, DuluxGroup, Macquarie Bank and Westpac.

Carter added: “Since stepping back from the managing director role at Designate, and maintaining my board role, it has been an exciting development to have one of our key team members, Andrew Nobbs, step forward to drive our business.

“Andrew brings a fresh vision of brand and communications expertise to this role, along with existing relationships with our clients and team, who will continue to benefit from his input.”
