Andy Gilroy becomes Torch sales GM
Out of home company TorchMedia has promoted Andy Gilroy to GM of its sales operation.
He replaces Cameron Baxter who the company says is leaving “to pursue other opportunities”.
Gilroy’s brief will see him focus on media agency relationships and promoting the company’s shopper marketing positioning.
He previously worked as national sales manager for rival out of home company Eye as well as with media agency Mindshare and for ARN.
Andrew Gibson, CEO of TorchMedia, said: “Andy has established a solid network among the media buyers over his career, and his priority is to ramp up our activity with the agencies to ensure they are up to date with the latest research and developments in shopper media.”
Lisa King will fill Gilroy’s role as NSW sales director.
