Coca-Cola is championing ‘the magic of kindness’ in this year’s Christmas campaign, which launched today in Australia, along with 80 other markets globally.

‘The World Needs More Santas’ portrays a city where hundreds of Santa Clauses live, helping and supporting each other.

The end of the spot reveals that we’ve been witnessing people’s ‘inner Santa’ – as it showcases the acts of generosity and kindness normal people share on a normal day.

“This year’s campaign ‘The World Needs More Santas’ is a celebration of the magic of Christmas,” said Kate Miller, marketing director for Coca-Cola South Pacific.

“Small acts of kindness can make a big difference and that’s what Santa, and Coca-Cola, are all about.”

The campaign is rolling out across TV, cinema, OOH, social and digital.

In addition, the brand is set to partner with a number of Australian based influencers to help spread the campaign with ’12 Acts of Kindness’. The influencers will encourage their followers to participate in their own small acts of kindness.

“We’re encouraging everyone to bring out their inner Santa this holiday season,” Miller concluded.
