APN wins Perth airport ad contract

APN Outdoor has won the advertising contract for Perth airport.

APN already handled exterior ad sites, but has also been handed interior sites, replaces incumbent Eye Corp after a tender.

The outdoor vendor plans to build 77 new sites at Perth Airport, including three landmark large format digital sites and an internal digital network.

Scott Norris, GM of commercial services at Perth Airport, said: “APN Outdoor impressed us with their innovative solution for managing growth and maximising opportunities across the airport. We look forward to a productive long term partnership as we deliver our airport redevelopment growth plan.”

According to APN, Perth has Australia’s fastest growing airport, with passenger growth up 9% between 2010 and 2011.
