Are Media picks new communications agency
Communications agency SKMG has won the account for Are Media, Australia’s largest magazine publisher.
The business, founded by Neil Shoebridge and Andrew Knowles, has amassed a number of market-leading clients since its formation in mid-2018.
“Are Media has a proven ability to spark conversations and drive change, and we’re thrilled to partner with them as they continue to build on their incredible heritage and evolve into a truly future-facing, omnichannel media group,” the duo said in a statement.
“We’re very proud to be trusted to help direct Are Media’s corporate and trade media messaging and communications, and to be working with another market-leading media business in Australia.”
Claudine Hall, heads of commercial marketing, brand partnerships and public relations at Are Media, said: “We’re thrilled to have the SKMG team officially join the Are Media family and become an extended part of our comms team.
“We were impressed by the calibre of work and deep insight the SKMG team brought to the table, and are looking forward to continuing to drive understanding of the Are Media trade brand as we transform our business to become Australia’s leading omnichannel content commerce company for women.”
