ARN and Australian Open extend partnership until 2026

ARN will be the official audio partner of the Australian Open up to and including the 2026 tournament, after extending their deal with the tennis championship.

This partnership extension means the Open will be covered across the KIIS Network, Pure Gold and iHeart, with specially curated content across the fortnight, as well as a slew of on-air ticket giveaways.

Aside from coverage across the GOLD and KIIS stations, AO Radio – which “provides ball-by-ball commentary of the matches and regular news updates from across Melbourne Park” – will be streaming on the iHeart app, along with the Australian Open podcast The AO Show.

ARN will also be the entertainment partner for Bar Atrium within the precinct, with live entertainment across the day and evening, including a residency from DJ Nina Las Vegas.

“After a highly successful inaugural year of partnering with the Australian Open, ARN is thrilled to announce the extension of this remarkable collaboration,” explains ARN chief strategy and connections officer Lauren Joyce.

“The Australian Open has not only become an integral part of Melbourne’s summer culture but also holds a special place in the hearts of the entire nation. We are looking forward to immersing ourselves once again in the excitement of this prestigious event and are committed to bringing this experience to life in an even bigger and better way than last year.”

Tennis Australia CCO Cedric Cornelis adds: “We are excited to extend our relationship with the ARN network and continue to expand the partnership.

“After a fantastic first year, we look forward to working closely with ARN again and their great breadth of networks including KIIS, Pure Gold and iHeart to continue engaging fans in a fun and entertaining way, while continuing to broaden and diversify our audience.”
