ARN’s Melbourne indie agency team announces new group business director

ARN has officially announced the promotion of Bec Ellem to group business director for its Melbourne independent agency team.

Ellem has spent over five years with the network, having joined in 2019 as an account director, working across both the direct and independent agency teams.

Prior to ARN, Ellem spent over a decade at DMG Radio, now Nova Entertainment, as a group sales manager for Nova 100.

In the new role, Ellem will oversee the strategic director and daily operations of the Melbourne independent agency team, helping with ARN’s growth and enhancing its market position.

“This opportunity represents a significant milestone in my career. I am eager to embrace the role with enthusiasm, proactivity and dedication,” she said of her promotion.

Ellem is renowned for her natural leadership abilities, and her role as an ambassador of the ARN audio solution, according to Brett Sandler, ARN sales director – direct and independent agencies.

We’re thrilled to announce Bec’s promotion as group business director for the Melbourne independent agency team,” he said.

“Her experience in the Melbourne market spans 20 years and her strong relationship focus puts us in a great position to drive growth across our indie agency team.”
