Atomic 212 wins media account for Charles Darwin University and opens Darwin office
Media agency Atomic 212 has won the media planning and buying account for Charles Darwin University, Mumbrella can reveal.
Mumbrella understands Atomic 212 has also opened an office based in the Northern Territory which is lead by its general manager, Ben Carroll.
Shannon Holborn, director of marketing at Charles Darwin University, said in a statement to Mumbrella: “Charles Darwin University (CDU) are delighted to have partnered with Atomic 212 for above-the-line media strategy and buying.
“While CDU is a national university, Atomic 212 have demonstrated their commitment to the Northern Territory by establishing an office in Darwin. This has been great for relationship building and on-boarding.”
The agency’s clients include BHP, Sydney Opera House, Ovo Mobile, AMP, Adairs and the Northern Territory Government.
Atomic 212 has been approached for comment.
well done atomic recovering from disaster. great work to all involved.
Sounds like one guy has been sent up to Darwin on a holiday with a bit of work on the side
Client list of A212 seems a bit smaller than a few years ago…. good luck to them
Well done! The team are moving on from J Dooris and doing what they do well!
I assume this means that Think Education and Torrens University must have sacked Atomic or be embracing conflicts particularly if all the work is done in Sydney with account manager on the ground in NT.
It’s good to see 212 back on the straight and narrow. Did this review come about because of an audit of the incumbent? 212 had better play a straight bat.
Universities require fine hands crafting optimized campaigns. Not sure an old school sledge hammer is right for this glass vase.
