Aussie enters new stage of life with the return of ‘We’ll Save You’
Six months after appointing Special Group as its creative agency, Aussie Home Loans has launched a new positioning, with the campaign anchored in the trusted line ‘We’ll Save You’.

The new campaign shows Aussie brokers working alongside aspiring home owners to get their loans using their expertise find the hidden benefits and pitfalls of loans from a wide range of banks and finance companies.
It features a family standing at the front of a hall full of banks and lenders as they battle to find the right loan to fit their needs, urged on by an Aussie challenging and questioning them to come up with the best offer for the family.
Throughout the ad kids run amongst the banks playing and kicking a football. The campaign marks a departure from more recent campaigns that saw Aussie founder John Symond fronting the brand.
Aussie has pledged to spend more than $25m on the campaign over the next 18 months, which includes a newly designed website for the brand as well as outdoor and social support.
Aussie Home Loans CEO, James Symond, said that although the company was returning to the tagline which put the brand on the map, the new campaign was an innovative brand strategy.
“Nearly 25 years ago John Symond brought a face to a faceless industry and revolutionised the Australian home loan market,” Symond said.
“This new campaign drives forward what he and Aussie’s team have built together, Australia’s largest and most successful mortgage brokering brand.
“The advertising shows consumers what happens in thousands of homes, offices and Aussie stores every month, Aussie brokers working side-by- side with customers, helping them navigate thousands of home loan products, each with different features and limitations that could go unnoticed to an untrained eye.”
