Australian Film Festival returns for third year

The Australian Film Festival will return for its third year in March. Sydney’s Randwick Ritz Cinema will host 10 days of screenings including the documentary More4Me and writer/director Alex Munt’s film LBF. The festival will also take over Clovelly beach for a seaside screening of Red Dog on March 10.

In conjunction with the Australian Writers Guild, the festival will present the FutureFilm Screenplay Competition, a competition for emerging writers with a $1000 cash prize and inclusion in AWG’s Pathways program. Five entrants will have their script performed by actors of their choice in front of a live audience and judged.
The Australian Directors Guild’s have also partnered with the festival hosting a panel of Australian directors.
