Australian Made Campaign launches branded advertising platform

Australian Made Campaign, the nonprofit organisation that raises awareness of genuine Australian goods, is launching its new branded advertising platform which will exclusively feature Australian made brands.  

The newly formed operation, Australian Made Media (AMM), will oversee the creation of the ads which is being likened to the infomercial-style Brand Power spots.

The Australian Made-branded ad platform will feature products carrying the Australian Made, Australian Grown green and gold logo.

The AMM Board is chaired by Paul Leeds, former chairman and CEO of Starcom. The other two board members are Paul Taylor, formerly creative partner of M&C Saatchi, Australasia & North America; and Ian Harrison, CEO of Australian Made Campaign.

AMM is a joint venture between Australian Made Campaign and newly formed Melbourne-based creative services company, Mediasset.

The first brand to feature in the new ad platform is yet to be unveiled.

Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, Kim Carr is launching the new initiative at an event in Melbourne today.
