The Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) is travelling across Australia this November and December with industry leaders to discuss the future of the profession in anticipation of the new year.

As part of their annual ‘Marketing & Beyond: Trends and Predictions’ series, the AMI is bringing together Australia’s finest marketing minds to share their thoughts on the key trends they think will define and re-shape the future of the industry.

AMI Chief Executive, Lee Tonitto, said, “While it’s fun to make big, bold predictions, any marketer who has lived through the last decade knows that forecasting marketing’s future is risky business.”

“While none of us are perfect prognosticators, if anyone knows what lies ahead for marketers, it’s the panellists the AMI has brought together for our Trends and Predictions series.”

Events in Sydney (14th November), Perth (21st November), Melbourne (28th November) and Hobart (5th December) will be attended by expert panels to discuss six key areas of marketing:

• Content marketing
• Creative marketing
• Digital marketing
• Customer experience
• Data driven marketing
• Career management

“Our Trends and Predictions events are a fantastic way to wrap up a brilliant year for marketers in Australia. We look forward to bringing together our membership with marketing leaders from across Australian business, academia and government. 2019 will be an even bigger and better year for our profession.”
