Australian Miranda Dimopoulos named executive director of the IAB Southeast Asia
Former Publicis Mojo and Sputnik account director Miranda Dimopoulos has been named executive director of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Southeast Asia, Mumbrella Asia has revealed.
Dimopoulos will leave her position as Southeast Asia content director at Digital Marketing Group – the company behind digital event Ad:Tech – to take the top job at the industry body.
The IAB Singapore Chapter is a globally affiliated trade association of leading companies in the Southeast Asia digital advertising sector, its goal is to promote investment in interactive advertising and plays a role in raising the profile, perception and growth of the industry throughout the region.
Dimopoulos will take over from Samsung Asia’s Ranji David, who had been in the role since September 2011.
