Bad Monday for Seven as Masterchef breaks The Magician’s Code
Seven had a poor night on Monday with none its evening entertainment shows in the top 15 rating programmes.
Accoring to preliminary overnight metro ratings from OzTam, the only Seven shows that made the top 15 were Seven News, Today Tonight and Home & Away.
Breaking the Magician’s Code bombed at 7.30pm with 881,000 while Desperate Housewives at 8.30pm delivered 870,000. Hung, at 9.30pm delivered 750,000.
Meanwhile, Ten’s Masterchef dominated the night with an average audience of more than 1.8m. For Nine, The Mentalist delivered just over 1.3m.

Hung was not bad, it had a lot more depth to it than I thought it would, will be interesting to see how it pans out

Hung was released on iTunes months ago, anyone who was interested in watching it, as I was, has already seen the entire first season.
And I don’t think anyone is surprised to see ‘MasterChef ‘beating ‘The Magicians Code’.

Wasn’t Breaking the magicians code on in north America like 10 years ago? I remember seeing this as a kid, but couldn’t be bothered to check if this was the same thing or a new version. Pretty weak, either way.
