Badjar Ogilvy hangs on to Myer

After what had begun to seem like an interminable process, Myer has finally made a decision on its $60m advertising account – and has stuck with Badjar Ogilvy.  

The final stage of the process, which began half way through last year, saw the list narrowed to M&C Saatchi and Badjar.

The move is the latest in a frenetic marketing week for Myer boss Bernie brookes , who yesterday revealed plans for a huge advertising drive, with a doubling of its spend over the next three months.
