Digital and experience agency Versa has been appointed to Bank Vic’s user experience account.

Bank Vic appoints Versa to transform member experience

Enterprise digital and conversational experience agency Versa has been appointed by Bank Vic to transform the bank’s fragmented user experience into a member-centric digital experience.

The scope of work includes a broad range of deliverables, including research and strategy, data and analytics, user research, stakeholder engagement, SEO strategy, CX strategy, UX and UI design, solution and technical design, development, architecture setup and hosting, and ongoing support and continuous improvement.

The appointment followed an extensive and highly competitive pitch process that demonstrated Versa’s proven ability to meet the digital transformation and digital experience needs of the member-owned bank, which serves police, health, emergency and public services communities.

Versa, in collaboration with Bank Vic, will be designing and developing a cohesive platform that offers a unified customer journey from discovery, through to purchase, and ongoing member banking needs. The platform’s clean, modern design will include conversion-optimised landing pages and incorporate features that encourage users to learn more about and apply for products such as loans online. The robust, scalable solution will integrate seamlessly with other Bank Vic systems for the ongoing evolution of the Bank Vic member experience.
