BankVic, VERSA and Yell Creative join lineup for Mumbrella’s Finance Marketing Virtual Summit
New sessions, including one featuring BankVic, have been announced for Mumbrella’s Finance Marketing Virtual Summit, taking place online on September 23.
VERSA founder and CEO Kath Blackham and BankVic’s head of digital Manu Dubey will discuss the challenges faced and lessons learned from the overhaul of BankVic’s customer experience strategy, following the appointment of VERSA in April.
The session will address how both parties created a unified customer journey, as well as examine how banks can introduce emerging technologies such as conversational AI to create more accessible and deeper relationships with customers.
In addition, Nigel Roberts from Yell Creative returns for his fourth year to present the results of this year’s Finance Marketing Survey.
Contrary to previous years, the session will solely deliver consumer insights, with particular focus on the impacts of a turbulent 12 months regarding perceptions of financial services.
Roberts, Dubey and Blackham join the previously announced Mumbrella Finance Marketing Virtual Summit speakers, including Sarah Bateson, general manager of marketing at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank; Dr Ross Honeywill, executive director at the Centre for Social Economics; Melody Townsend, ME Bank’s general manager of brand and marketing; and James Goodwin, chief marketing officer at Australian neo-lender WISR.
The full lineup of sessions can be found on the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Virtual Summit site.
The Mumbrella Finance Marketing Virtual Summit will take place online on September 23. Tickets are on sale now.
