Bastion Collective acquires social research company Stable Research

Communications group Bastion Collective has made another acquisition, buying social research company Stable Research.

This is the third acquisition the business has made this year, after it took a stake in ad agency Banjo, and acquired production agency Bengar Films.

Co-founders of Stable Research Karen Johnston and Pip Hooper

Stable Research gives clients access to research discussion groups, communities and surveys.

Bastion Collective’s latest purchase will allow the business to offer an added service to its clients and bolster its creative, content production, PR, social media and sponsorship offerings.

Jack Watts, CEO at Bastion Collective, said in a statement: “For a long time, we have been looking for access to a relevant, nimble and insightful data solution that allows all our businesses to provide a deeper level of service to our clients.

“Stable Research is this solution and have access to an incredible amount of data across a range of industries. They will be a fantastic asset to our business, our staff and our clients.”

Karen Johnston, co-owner at Stable Research, added: “As the first step in this journey we have worked with creative agency Bastion State to redefine our brand identity.

“Our new look has given the team new energy and focus and our clients love it.”
