Bastion Reputation Management announces new hire and promotions

Bastion Collective’s strategic communications and corporate affairs firm, Bastion Reputation Management, has promoted Hannah Andersen and Anna Butler to group client directors.

In her new role Anderson will be leading strategic campaigns and corporate positioning practices. Butler will be responsible for risks, issues and crisis media strategy, as well as training and capabilities in the issues and crisis field.

Anderson joined Bastion Reputation Management in January last year as a senior account manager. She has previously worked at Fair Trade International in both Melbourne and Germany.

Butler started at Bastion Reputation Management in 2016 as an account manager, before being promoted to senior account manager in 2017. Previously, she was strategic communications adviser at the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.

Bastion Reputation Management has also hired Jesse Ward as client services manager. Previously, Ward was the strategy and relationship manager at Elo Q Communications in Ho Chi Minh.

Bastion Reputation Management general manager, Clare Gleghorn, said: “We started out as a team of three in 2015, now with 15 employees we have room to grow and structure the business in a way that offers opportunities for everyone to develop their skills in different areas and take on more senior role.

“We’re thrilled to have Jesse join us, bringing with him insight and experience that will be invaluable to the team at Bastion Reputation Management.”
