Carrie Anderson has been appointed as the new senior consultant after a two-year stint as business development and marketing co-ordinator and advisor with the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office.

Rachael Maundrell has been promoted to associate at BBS after committing to the company for more than seven years, working as a receptionist, consultant and account manager.

Jane Edwards, BBS executive chairman, said: “We are really fortunate to have someone of Rachael’s calibre in a senior leadership position as the firm looks forward to another strong year.

“Rachael will continue to service her portfolio of clients across various sectors, including property, retirement and aged care, while managing junior staff and taking a greater role in the strategic direction of the business”.

BBS has also recruited two new consultants, Cassie Charlish, who worked previously as a PR assistant with the company, and former intern Oliver Lane-Porter.

Edwards said the new appointments aim to align the business’ skill sets with the current needs of the market.

She said: “The new resources and additional skills will allow us to make the most of new opportunities and relationships that we believe will continue to present themselves to us this year.”

Ruby Tyler has also been appointed as the new receptionist and public relations assistant.
