BIC 4 Colour Pens appoints Online Circle Digital

Digital agency Online Circle Digital has been appointed by BIC 4 Colour Pens.

The announcement:

As thousands of students gear up around the country to sit their VCE and University exams, BIC 4 Colour Pens is keen to be top of mind for them. Enter Online Circle Digital, who’ve been chosen to take the lead on all things social for the 60 year old company.

“We’re excited to be partnering with such a well known brand” Jeff Richardson, Online Circle’s CEO has stated.

“BIC 4 Colour pens are a household name in Australia and New Zealand. We’re looking forward to using digital to reach a new generation preparing for exams. Our launch platform for this inaugural campaign is Facebook and YouTube.”

Coming off a great year of substantial growth, Online Circle Digital has been chosen as the lead digital agency for BIC 4 Colour pens. The agency won over the French-owned brand with its creative execution, proven ability to reach a young, savvy online market and its ability to use data insights.

The brands fun and quirky YouTube videos have been making the rounds for the last couple of weeks and resonated immediately with BIC’s digitally savvy target market. The agency’s role will be to leverage that enthusiasm and translate it into shifting brand consideration across its Australian and New Zealand social media channels.

The win comes off the back of other monumental acquisitions for Online Circle Digital, which in the last 24 months has won other major accounts including Crown Resorts, Mondelez, Modscape and Mercedes-Benz.
