Big Bang triple falls short but Hamish and Andy win time slot
The triple episode of The Big Bang Theory failed to attract much of a crowd for Nine last night with none of the episodes reaching more than 700,000.
Hamish and Andy’s Gap Year following Big Bang received 847,000 which was slightly down on last week’s 895,000 but it won its 8:30 time slot, according to preliminary metro ratings from OzTam. It was the highest ranking non-news/current affair program for Nine.
The return of Australian cop drama Rush on Ten saw back-to-back episodes at 8:30 and 9:30 fetch 776,000 and 713,000.
The X Factor won the night with 1.403 million, helping Seven to a win with 22.3% share.

Hmm Hamish and Andy”slip, sliding, away”!!. Put it out of its misery! Channel Nine cant justify the high expense by keeping this show.Of course it would win its timeslot-what else is there?

I am sick off all the Big Bang Thoery Repeats – I am sure that I am not the only one.
Channel 9 should not be surprised.
OZ FTA broadcasters need to lift their game. It is still rating season people!!!

Agree with Lesley and Luke. I have my finger on the remote ready to change channels as I am too sick of watching the same show multiple times. Come on Network 9 – give Sheldon and the crew a break repeating themselves again and again, themselves again and again, themselves again and again, themselves again and again etc
