Black Panther continues to dominate, collecting an extra $4.5 million in third box office weekend

Marvel’s Black Panther has yet again topped the Australian box office, collecting $4.5 million over 518 screens in its third weekend. The film has collected $28 million since it premiered.

Fox’s Red Sparrow, a spy thriller starring Jennifer Lawrence, collected $2.7 million across 293 screens in its opening weekend.

Now in its second week, Warner Brothers’ black comedy Game Night, about a couple whose weekly games night gets kicked up a gear when a murder mystery party is arranged, collected $1.3 million across 249 screens. Its total earnings to date are $3.8 million.

Finding Your Feet, Entertainment One’s story of a middle class ‘snob’ who takes refuge with her bohemian sister, added $756,853 in its second weekend, bringing its total earnings to $2.5 million.

Fox’s The Greatest Showman earned an extra $674,176 in its tenth weekend, bringing its total earnings to $32 million.

Universal’s Fifty Shades Freed dropped 55% from last weekend, earning $524,599 across 256 screens, bringing its total earnings to $14 million over four weeks.
