BMF to create brand identity for new anti-violence organisation

BMF-logo-234x229The National Centre of Excellence to Reduce Violence Against Women and their Children (NCE) has appointed BMF to create a name and brand identity for the organisation following a competitive pitch involving three other agencies.

The NCE is a new not-for-profit organisation funded by the Commonwealth and every Australian state and territory government, and is responsible for undertaking research that will provide better evidence to help policy makers and service producers reduce all forms of violence against women and their children.

The organisation began operational work last year and did not have an incumbent agency.

BMF managing partner Stepehn McArdle said: “NCE have a big and important social cause to champion and we’re delighted they’ve chosen us to create their brand for them.”

NCE interim CEO Helen Freeland said: “The NCE is pleased to be working with the BMF team to choose a name and brand design that will resonate strongly with our stakeholders across Australia.”
