BMF completes senior digital team

Sydney agency BMF has completed the line up of its digital management team with the long awaited arrival of Simon McMaster as GM – digital.  

michie-james-mcmasterAlthough the agency hired Kiwi McMaster (pictured right) last May, it faced a wait of more than six months for him to start while he completed an extended notice period from his previous job as director of digital at Tequila in London. He joins digital creative director, Chris James (middle) and digital planning director, Aaron Michie (left).

Although BMF positions itself as an integrated agency, it also has 30 digital specialists. BMF MD Martin Rippon told Mumbrella that the agency operates on the principle of delivering strategy, ideas and execution. He said that McMaster’s main role will be in ensuring the execution.

ECD Warren Brown said: “Simon’s background and skills will ensure we have the highest standards of delivery in the digital area, and with the three leaders we have now, we have a formidable digital team.”
