BMF creative director Dennis Koutoulogenis leaves

In a week of considerable change for ad agency BMF, creative director Dennis Koutoulogenis is leaving after 8 years.

His departure follows the news revealed on Wednesday that MD Martin Rippon and head of planning Gareth Cooper were also leaving.

According to a statement, the agency’s restructure “did not suit his ambitions hence he has decided to pursue opportunities outside BMF.”

BMF announced on Wednesday that it was splitting into three teams as part of a plan to work smarter and get senior staff closer to the work.

CEO Jeremy Nicholas said: “Dennis has made a great contribution during the 8 years he has been with BMF. He is hugely talented and a great ambassador for what is good about our agency and our industry. All of BMF wishes him the very best for the future.

Having spent three years as a solicitor, Koutoulogenis’ career as a copywriter has included stints at Mojo and Batey/Red Cell. He joined BMF in 2003.
