BMF, PHD and Thinkerbell among the big winners at the Mumbrella Awards

BMF has taken out the coveted Creative Agency of the Year title at the 2020 Mumbrella Awards, as PHD grabbed Media Agency of the Year and Thinkerbell scored PR Agency of the Year.

BMF also took out the Mumbrella Award for Culture, while Thinkerbell scored four highly commended nods alongside its win.

In addition to winning Full Service Agency of the Year, CHE Proximity scored big with its Curing Homesickness campaign, receiving the Mumbrella Award for Collaboration and the Mumbrella Award for Insight. It also scored a win in Pro Bono Campaign of the Year.

Likewise, Special Group also proved a formidable force between its Australia and New Zealand offices, being awarded Best Use of Face-to-Face/Experiential Marketing, Content Marketing Strategy of the Year, Ad Campaign of the Year, and Independent Agency of the Year.

Meanwhile, agency Jack Nimble received two awards for Specialist Agency of the Year and Emerging Agency of the Year.

Other winners include PLAYGROUND XYZ (Marketing Technology Company of the Year), Yakusan Brand Experience Group (Promo or Experiential Agency of the Year), Production Company of the Year (Revolver / Will O’Rourke) and Nine (Sales Team of the Year).

In categories for individuals, Chris Savage received Industry Leader of the Year, with VERSA’s Kath Blackham as highly commended. Henry Innis of Mutiny was awarded the Under-30 Achiever of the Year.
