Booking.com tops YouGov’s March Biggest Brand Movers list

The latest Biggest Brand Movers list by YouGov has dropped, with Booking.com taking out first place.

In March, the online travel agency made gains in ten out of 13 metrics across Media and Communication (Aided Brand Awareness, Ad Awareness, WOM Exposure, Buzz), Brand Perception (General Impression, Corporate Reputation, Customer Satisfaction, Recommendation) and Purchase Funnel (Consideration, Purchase Intent) categories.

“Booking.com has proven time after time to be a reliable source of accommodation for travellers. With events like the Australian Grand Prix encouraging travel and boosting tourism, the online platform provided visitors with a wealth of staying options,” said Laura Robbie, APAC CEO of YouGov.

“On this occasion, booking.com has been positively recognised by its users, allowing the platform to top YouGov’s Biggest Brand Movers list for March.”

Ice-cream brand Häagen-Dazs came second, also scoring upticks in ten metrics across all three categories. X (previously Twitter) was third, seeing improvements in six metrics. Amazon Prime and Adidas rounded out the top five.
