Brazilian Butterfly appoints Hardhat Digital

Brazilian Butterfly has appointed Hardhat Digital to work on a range of digital initiatives, starting with a redesign of the brands website and online store.

The announcement:

Hardhat Digital is excited to announce that it has been appointed by Brazilian Butterfly to work on a range of digital initiatives, starting with a redesign of the Brazilian Butterfly website and online store. The appointment comes after a competitive pitch.
Brazilian Butterfly is Australia’s leading body care specialist and has expanded to over 30 locations since appointing its first franchisee in 2004. Over this period, the business has consistently set the industry standard in terms of its niche services, consistent client care, and professionalism, and is looking to extend this leadership online.

Bianca Richards, Brazilian Butterfly’s newly appointed National Marketing Manager said: “Brazilian Butterfly has been enormously successful and it’s a privilege to now work with Hardhat Digital in order to evolve the business into the digital space. We are working towards becoming the online leaders in the Australian beauty industry, improving the online experience for our clients, and the continual growth of the brand nationally.”
Brazilian Butterfly has a loyal, tech-savvy customer base and digital is the logical next step for both the franchise and the industry. Hardhat Digital’s Dan Monheit said “the opportunities digital present for this business are just incredible. From customer service and loyalty to eCommerce, location based marketing, mobile initiatives and franchisee acquisition – the sky is seriously the limit here. The business’ success to date is inspiring and we’re thrilled to be working with them on the next frontier”.
Work is already underway.
