Bring – Universal Music for Brands has announced two key promotions in James Wilkinson and Isabella Ziino, and a new hire in Lucy Ruff.

The announcement:

Creative agency BRING – Universal Music for Brands are thrilled to announce the promotion of two of its key team members into newly created roles. Bella Ziino, who only joined the agency two years ago, has already shown prowess in leading two of BRING’s key clients; BWS & Wild Turkey.

“Bella has been a fantastic addition to team BRING,” said Brooke Pilton, Executive Partnerships Director, BRING. “She represents a new generation of agency talent who continuously delivers exceptional work for our clients. She has single-handedly grown one of our biggest clients in BWS, in addition to being a beacon of light within our agency culture. We are thrilled to promote her,” added Brooke.

James Wilkinson joined BRING a little over two and a half years ago and has been pivotal in a number of the agency’s biggest campaigns.

Speaking of his time at BRING, James Griffiths, Executive Creative Director of BRING, said “From helping split up The Veronicas, winning numerous awards for Vodka Cruiser, to putting some of the world’s hottest musical acts on Australia’s coolest stages for BWS, James has continually pushed boundaries in his creative thinking and challenged our clients to embrace new ways to connect in music culture.”

“James has brought fresh ways of thinking and undisputedly turbo-charged the agency’s social capabilities. I am over the moon to elevate him into a senior creative role,” added James.

“The promotion of two key individuals within our team is a testament to our commitment to fostering talent and providing opportunities for growth within the agency, which now sits at a gender split of 50-50 across all levels,” said Adam Ireland, Managing Director of BRING.

The agency is also celebrating growth in the newly appointed role of Business Development Director, with Lucy Ruff joining the agency to drive new relationships with brands looking to activate in the world of music.

“2023 was a great year for the agency, and we are committed to continuing this growth in 2024. Lucy brings sales expertise to a new medium with music, and during her short time with the agency has already challenged the way we do things. It’s already shaping up to be another big year for BRING with one of our biggest ever campaigns about to be released,” added Adam.
