Australian Radio Network’s (ARN) 97.3FM’s breakfast team of Robin Bailey, Terry Hansen and Bob Gallagher have reclaimed their FM breakfast crown after losing it to Nova’s breakfast team of Ash, Kipp and Luttsy at the end of last year.
The trio boosted their share by 2 share points to a share of 14 while Nova’s trio saw their share decline by 2.9 share points to sit on a share of 10.3 to claim second place.

In at third place in the FM heap was B105, which rebranded to hit105.3 B105 in recent days, with a share of 9.3. The station also claimed third place in the breakfast timeslot with a share of 9.5.
The drive timeslot saw a similar situation play out, with 97.3’s nationally syndicated show of Dave Hughes and Kate Langbroek claim the top place with a share 13.9 while Nova’s nationally syndicated drive show of Kate, Tim and Marty fell into second place after winning eight surveys in the market in a row, with a share of 12.4, down from last year’s final share of 17.2. Now corrected.
Cheers,

I may consider listening to Nova @ Breakfast if Brisbane were to ever replace David Lutral, if i have to listen to an almost 40 year old man bang on about going to the strippers one more time i will shoot myself

B105…i mean hit105 claim to have the most music in breakfast. They may have the most ‘hits’ in breakfast, but the vast majority of songs they may are missing the intro , fade out mighty fast and are edited down to about 2 minutes. Somehow SCA are playing their listeners for fools who won’t notice half a song is missing. How about you play the full song and teach your anchor how to post?
