Sound design company Noise International is under new ownership following a buy-out by co-founder and creative director Bruce Heald.

Heald is now the sole owner of the business, having acquired the rest of the company from co-founder and executive producer Dan Higson.

Higson is taking a break from the industry before deciding on his next move.
