Sound design company Noise International is under new ownership following a buy-out by co-founder and creative director Bruce Heald.
Heald is now the sole owner of the business, having acquired the rest of the company from co-founder and executive producer Dan Higson.
Higson is taking a break from the industry before deciding on his next move.
Heald said: “Dan and I are extremely proud of what Noise has accomplished in the five years since we started the company and I wish him all the best in whatever he chooses to do next. I have a really talented team around me at Noise and I’m excited about what we are going to continue to achieve together.”
The rest of the Noise team, of which there are five, is unaffected by the buyout.
