By All Means wins City of Melbourne pitch and announces new art director
By All Means has been acquired as the creative agency for destination marketing at the City of Melbourne, following a highly competitive pitch.
The independent agency has also recently appointed Grace Hurley as art director, who joins the team from Wunderman Thompson (now VML), where she worked on Nestlé, Kelloggs, Treasury Wine Estates, Visit Canberra and Victoria Police.
A Cannes Young Lions silver medalist, Hurley has teamed up with copywriter Liam Ratliff, who joined By All Means from Ogilvy in 2023.
If I recall correctly, City of Melbourne used to be with Cummins & Partners.
