Campaign for Sydney’s National Play Festival debuts
A campaign promoting PlayWriting Australia’s National Play Festival breaks today [Wednesday 9 March] in Sydney.
Created by arts sector specialist Boccalatte, the campaign will run on posters, shopping bags and flyers across the city, as well as online. The ads are executed in the style of retro butchers signs with the tagline ‘Choice cuts’.
The idea is that the festival showcases the best in local playwriting, and will be a springboard for the next generation of Australian playwrites, directors and actors.
The event is scheduled to run at Parramatta Riverside Theatre next week (March 15 – 19).
