Campaign Lab wins PR account for Fiji Airways in Australia and New Zealand
Campaign Lab has won the PR account for Fiji Airways in Australia and New Zealand.
The agency won the account from incumbent agency Frank PR, following a competitive pitch process.
The agency will be responsible for developing integrated PR campaigns including consumer and corporate initiatives, and developing creative campaigns promoting Fiji and Fiji Airways.
Shaenaz Voss, executive general manager of corporate affairs at Fiji Airways, said that Campaign Lab’s ideas matched the airline’s ambitions.
“As Fiji’s national airline, our business has a massive impact on Fiji’s tourism industry and the country’s economy. We therefore undertook a rigorous procurement process to find a partner that could match our own ambitions. Campaign Lab’s proposal and pitch demonstrated their team was not only insightful but also innovative, impressing us with their creativity. We’re confident that we’ve selected an agency that will deliver results and help us elevate our reputation of quality and luxury,” Voss said.
Andy Scales, director of Campaign Lab, said there has never been a more exciting time to be working with the airline.
“Fiji is known for its idyllic beaches, crystal clear waters and incredible culture, but there’s a whole side to Fiji and the airline that is yet to be explored. By helping Fiji Airways join the conversations that travellers are actually having, we’re going to bring these things to life in a way that’s never been done before. Ultimately, we want the Fiji experience to start the moment passengers step onboard the aircraft,” he said.
CampaignLab’s clients include AMP, OPPO, and Fujifilm.
