CampaignLab launches Australia’s first streaming cinema in first work for Nebula

Portable projector brand Nebula has launched Australia’s first ‘streaming’ cinema experience in the first work from newly appointed creative, PR, content and social agency CampaignLab.

The boutique cinema has opened on Oxford Street in Darlinghurst, where guest will be able to book in for a free two hour spot to experience 4K streaming in a intimate cinema environment.

The private four-seater cinema is equipped with Nebula’s Cosmos Laser 4K projector, giving guests the opportunity to experience the at-home projector in cinema-style recliner chairs, set with surround sound, unlimited popcorn, drinks and snacks and an on-demand waiter service.

Guests will be able to log in and select their favourite TV shows and movies, with access to more than 7,000 mainstream apps including Netflix, ESPN, Amazon Prime and Disney+.

Gaspar Xie, head of sales & operations ANZ at Nebula said: “Traditionally, Aussies go to the cinema for that big screen experience or stay home and stream their favourite shows. The Nebula Streaming Cinema is all about merging the two together, bringing a cinematic experience to the living room.”

Andy Scales, director at CampaignLab said: “It’s the ultimate product demonstration. It gives consumers a unique experience to inspire them to create a cinema-like experience in their own home.”

The Nebula Streaming Cinema is now open for bookings until the 6th of August.
