Dialogue PR’s remit also includes content marketing and influencer engagement. It has been briefed with raising awareness and desirability of the Cape Mentelle brand amongst young people.

The agencies will also be helping the brand celebrate its 50th birthday.

Marine Laurent, global brand manager for Cape Mentelle, said that she was impressed with the agencies’ integrated approaches.

“We were impressed by Dialogue PR and Intermarketing Agency’s strategic thinking and integrated approach. They not only understood our brand priorities and target consumer but how to ensure that our activity has mileage from a sales perspective,” Laurent said.

“This year is a milestone for Cape Mentelle, celebrating 50 years of exploration and innovation. We look forward to working with our new agency partners to bring our brand stories to life and share our wines and the beautiful Margaret River region with the rest of Australia.”

Dialogue PR founder and managing director, Kate Bradley, said: “We are delighted to be appointed as the communications partner with Cape Mentelle – an iconic and much-loved wine brand – to help celebrate their 50th anniversary, build brand awareness and drive engagement opportunities across consumer and trade audiences. It’s an exciting chapter for Cape Mentelle and we are really proud to work as an extension of their team.”

Australian head of Intermarketing Agency, Dan Parritt, said: “It’s fantastic to be working with a renowned winery like Cape Mentelle. We love their ethos around exploration, and we are excited to activate a campaign that spotlights their rich brand stories and unique personality.”

Dialogue PR won the public relations account for Accolade Wines, HPM and Porsche Centre Willoughby in October last year. In June, it won the public relations account for McWilliam’s Wine Group. The agency continues to work with Accolade Wines, but work with McWilliam’s has been put on hold following the group falling into administration.
