‘Captures everything we stand for as a brand’: Bunnik Tours embraces new platform and identity from Town Square

Australian touring business, Bunnik Tours, has launched a fresh identity and platform designed to evoke its legacy with contemporary visuals from creative agency Town Square.

Developed off the back of thorough research, which included a survey of 500 past customers, the company’s platform and identity centres on the positioning, ‘It’s who you go with’. The overall project was crafted to spotlight the notion that travellers aren’t just excited by their destinations, but also by those who go with them.

“This isn’t just a business to us, it’s our name, our passion, and our legacy. Travel is deeply personal, and we’ve always believed it’s the people you travel with who make a journey truly unforgettable,” commented Bunnik Tours’ joint chief executive officers, Sacha and Dennis Bunnik.

“This brand refresh celebrates our unique approach to touring and ensures we remain true to our family-run values while connecting with a new generation of travellers.

“Town Square understood us from the start, and the result captures everything we stand for as a brand and what we value as a family,” the pair said.

Visually, the refresh consists of a fresh logo with a family-oriented tagline, ‘Family-run since forever’ – words chosen to acknowledge the business’s background as a family corporation, while still being fun. Branding assets used in conjunction with photography, and  a “visual device” known as the ‘Bunnik hug’, are also used to amplify the work’s message.

The travel organisation’s new identity and platform is in market on radio, print, social and digital.

“Bunnik Tours isn’t just another travel brand – it’s a family with a genuine passion for creating meaningful travel experiences,” said Town Square’s founder, Danielle Moeller.

“We were inspired by their hands-on approach and their commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences for travellers. The new brand identity is about more than destinations, it’s about the connections and stories that make travel memorable.”

Operating for close to 30 years, Bunnik Tours provides tours for smaller groups to a range of international destinations, such as Central and South America, the Middle East and Egypt, Asia and Europe.
