Chambord and the Melbourne Fashion Festival partner for live blogging

Liqueur brand Chambord will partner with the Melbourne Fashion Festival for the third year running with a Chambord bar and live blogging from fashion blogger MsCritique.

Three years into the relationship with Australia’s premier fashion event L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival (LMFF), Chambord is pioneering a digital push with live blogging on site and an extensive social media campaign. Chambord will take their distinctly branded bar to the festival to maximise engagement with their target market. LMFF is the perfect avenue to target the fashion forward consumer building upon the existing partnership in Melbourne and fashion relationship overseas.

Building on the past success of the Official Product Partnership, Chambord will increase their consumer profile by bringing online audiences to the sidelines of the runway. MsCritique is a well-known beauty, fashion and lifestyle blogger who is known for her signature style of telling it how it is. Cheri, aka MsCritique will be blogging live from LMFF on behalf of Chambord and www.mscritique.com to cover all aspects of the festival; from giving us her very own edit on which designers to watch, to style-spotting on the streets of Melbourne.

In addition to live blogging to profile Chambord’s involvement in LMFF on the social media network, Chambord will be offering local and nationwide opportunities for fans to experience the festival themselves. Chambord will giveaway 10 tickets to LMFF’s exclusive Opening Event to Victorians in a segmented state promotion. Fans outside the festival state will have the opportunity to win a VIP package including VIP Opening night tickets, flights and two nights accommodation at The Sofitel.

The bar is modelled on the contour of the contemporary orb shaped bottle and will be serving their world famous cocktails in the VIP area at the Opening Event.

Around the world, Chambord has collaborated with some of the most creative and exciting personalities in the fashion realm. Through support of one of Melbourne’s most celebrated emerging design labels Limedrop through the Chambord® Shine AwardsTM in 2010 to designer Betsey Johnson in the United States, Chambord is a global supporter of the fashion industry. Chambord has been the official liqueur of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York for the past six years, as well as bar sponsor at both London Fashion Weekend and London Fashion Week for the past five years.
