Changing world of agencies to be debated in final session announced for Mumbrella360 program

Three of Australia’s most high-profile industry leaders will join a session completing the lineup for next week’s Mumbrella360 conference, to discuss the changing ways that agencies work.

The breakfast briefing – titled True Stories of How Agency Leaders Dodged Operational Disasters by Thinking on Their Feet – will kick off the conference. The newly announced panel will explore how the execs have navigated operational challenges, from recruiting talent to planning and even handling a misalignment of fees.

Spark44’s Jasmin Bedir, The Hallway founder Jules Hall and WPP AUNZ’s Kieran Moore will appear in the debate alongside WorkBook’s Carl Witton on Wednesday morning at 7am.

The panel – curated and sponsored by WorkBook – will focus on how agencies should react to clients’ increasing desire to work across multiple channels and disciplines – something that has led many employees to take on new responsibilities at short notice.

It will precede the event’s opening keynote session with the CEO and ECD of Åkestam Holst – Petronella Panerus and Magnus Jakobsson – the Swedish creatives responsible for many of IKEA’s iconic campaigns.

Moore is the CEO of public relations and public affairs at WPP AUNZ, where she has responsibility across 19 companies.  Bedir is the MD of Spark44, leading the Sydney, Singapore and Taipei operations.  And Hall founded The Hallway in 2007 and subsequently led it to win multiple awards as a full-service creative agency.
