Chivas Regal and Blue 449 launch ‘Success is a Blend’ campaign in Australia

Scotch brand Chivas Regal has brought its ‘Success is a Blend’ campaign to Australia with its media agency partner Blue 449.

Launching the campaign across social, YouTube and outdoor, Blue 499 has used whisky sales data and consumer demographics to target potential growth areas for Chivas Regal.

The campaign, which was initially created by ad agency McCann Sydney, features personalised messages from the executive chef of Merivale, Dan Hong.

Eric Thomson, marketing director at Pernod Ricard Australia, said in a statement: “Through ‘Success is a Blend’, Chivas looks to champion blended Scotch and demonstrate the cultural truth that our own unique blend is what makes us who we are – and when we collaborate with others we can achieve the greatest success.

“There is real momentum behind the brand currently in Australia and we believe this new campaign is going to take us to the next level.”

Marrion Bell, client director at Blue 449, added: “It has been exciting to work with the Chivas team to plan and implement this campaign.  It is very much a new direction for Chivas and we are proud to be part of the evolution of the brand.”
