City of Adelaide seeks corporate PR services

The City of Adelaide is seeking a PR firm to handle its corporate communications services.

The successful agency will assist the City of Adelaide and its subsidiary the Rundle Mall Management Authority in tourism attraction, promoting visitors’ experiences and corporate communications functions.

Celebrating Christmas, celebrating creativity through the festival season, celebrating style and fashion with the Vogue Festival and celebrating food and lifestyle with Tasting Australia are four of the events the successful agency will be charged with promoting.

Stakeholder relations, PR, strategy, crisis management, media relations, media training, media monitoring, campaign support and event planning and promotion are skills required by the chosen PR agency.

The tender states the City of Adelaide “is looking for a partner to be its corporate public relations service provider in relation to the Rundle Mall Precinct and the RMMA itself [which is a subsidiary of the corporation of the City of Adelaide] for a 12-month period, with an option to extend for a further 12-months.

“The RMMA is seeking a collaborative working arrangement with a partner that has the ability and capacity to integrate with the RMMA team.”
