Clare Basire joins Thrive PR as business director
Thrive PR has hired Clare Basire as its business director.
The appointment will see Basire oversee strategic campaigns for some of its clients including Optus, Cisco, ASUS and Bauer Media.
Basire is joining the Sydney team as a business director
Basire joins the agency from Adhesive PR where she was a group account director for just over three years.
Throughout her career, Basire has also spent time at agencies including Liquid Ideas, William Murray Communications and Phoenix.
Speaking of her appointment, Basire said in a statement: “Thrive is an exciting agency that has been on my radar for a while. I am thrilled to be a lead in the agency as it continues to cement its position as one of ANZ’s largest independents.”
In other appointments for the agency Mark Detre has joined the Melbourne team as a senior account director.
Detre was previously an account director at PPR in Melbourne for 18 months.
