Digital agency Claxon has appointed Greg Chamberlain to the newly created role of chief strategy officer.

The announcement:

Digital growth agency, Claxon, has announced Greg Chamberlain in the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer.

With 15 years expertise in media, Chamberlain brings with him a wealth of experience in digital strategy, performance marketing and data driven growth to the multi-award-winning indie agency.

Previously Chamberlain was a Director at direct response consultancy, Fideliti Performance and has held senior leadership roles with global media agencies OMD and Publicis Media, worked for leading consultancy firm Adobe Analytics, and has overseen strategic planning on brands such as Village Roadshow Theme Parks and the Suncorp Group, helping them achieve success via data-driven marketing communications.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Claxon,” says Chamberlain. “They’ve been on my radar for a while now and it’s an exciting opportunity to come on board with an exceptional agency who continue to drive innovation and deliver growth for their clients. I’m looking forward to working with existing Claxon clients and engaging with progressive organisations who are looking to realise their growth aspirations.”

Co-founder and CEO, Daniel Willis said Chamberlain was the perfect man for the job. “We’ve been searching for the right person for this role for some time and have been interviewing candidates globally, but Greg’s deep experience and data driven approach was a perfect fit for where we are in our own growth cycle. His passion, leadership skills and drive reflect our agency culture and off the back of some COVID driven restructuring, bringing Greg onboard to lead our service offering into the market signifies a changing of gears for us.”
