The announcement:

Clemenger BBDO Sydney plays host to its second Creative Apprenticeship team as part of its program – The Forge. The program was developed in partnership with I-Manifest with the aim to provide young creative talent, who may not have attended university or completed AWARD  School, a foot in the door.

Eve Eleftheriou and Sharon Mani, were selected from a strong field of applicants and wowed the judges with their impressive product prototypes developed as part of the application process. They join the agency in the Creative Department, on a 3 month fully paid internship.

Josh Aitken, Clemenger BBDO Sydney Creative Lead, charged with mentoring the team said: “it’s not only great to give bright young minds like Eve and Sharon an opportunity to work in a creative department, but also an eye opener for us to learn how they see the world one meme at a time”.

Emily Perrett, Managing Director says: “Genuine diversity, in gender and beyond, is something that we really care about. To make meaningful change we have to do more than talk – we have to actually invest in young talent. This partnership with I-Manifest is a brilliant way to do that – and we’re thrilled to have our new team in the Agency”.
