Coles 360 to empower Coles Liquor supplier brands with AI-powered audio

Coles 360 is partnering with audio retail media platform, QSIC, to incorporate in-store, AI-powered audio into Coles Liquor outlets.

Qsic’s solution will make use of Coles Liquor’s information – including stock inventory, loyalty insights and transactional data – to bolster the alcohol outlet’s in-store audio experience.

It’s expected to do this by identifying cycles where product demand is strong, and insert advertisements into those periods. The partnership also supplies brands with generative AI capabilities for them to efficiently produce audio ads.
