The announcement:
WiTH Collective has hired seven new staff members on the back of new business wins.
The independent agency has been appointed by computer security company Symantec and global cloud computing company Salesforce as their integrated agency across Australia and New Zealand. WiTH Collective has also been selected as the digital agency for three brands: primary health within pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Australia, financial services company Yellow Brick Road and consumer lending and lease company, FlexiGroup.
Justin Hind, CEO of WiTH Collective, says the agency has gone through another year of extraordinary growth.
“We’ve had 203% growth year-on-year and won 17 new clients, with 12 of these coming from existing clients or previous client referrals,” he says. “There’s a huge demand for the type of work that we are doing, work that fuses data, digital and creativity. These new hires are a welcome addition to the agency as they help push the boundaries of what is possible in digital advertising.”
The new hires are:
- Ria Collins – account director Collins, who has been freelancing at WiTH Collective since November 2013, joined the agency from RAPP Sydney/DDB Group where she worked on CRM for Telstra. She previously worked at The Communications Agency in London and the Flipside Group.

- Bonnie Ryan – project manager Ryan (nee Murphie) joins from M&C Saatchi where she worked since 2009, starting as an account executive. She worked her way up the ranks, and was most recently a senior digital producer on the Optus account.
- Melissa Lane – creative services manager Lane also joins from M&C Saatchi where she has worked since July 2012 as a project manager. Prior to that she has worked at Edge Sydney, Leo Burnett Sydney and Clemenger BBDO Sydney. She has also worked in television as a producer/researcher at the Nine Network, Sky News and the Seven Network.
