Schedulers love of cooking shows are continuing to grow with The Lifestyle Channel today recommissioning Come Dine With me Australia.

XYZnetworks’ The LifeStyle Channel today announced that it has commissioned a third series of the successful production COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA ahead of the highly anticipated second series premiere on Monday 23 August at 8:30pm.
This exclusive local production of the hot international format, will again be produced by Granada Media Australia for The LifeStyle Channel. Casting for the third 20-part half-hour series commences immediately.

COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA sees everyday Australians battling it out for the title of the ultimate dinner party host. Television and radio presenter James Valentine who narrates the series, overseeing each episode with witty observations and unique commentary, is back for the third series.

The unscripted show follows amateur chefs competing against each other in hosting a dinner party for the other contestants. Each week over five nights, five total strangers take it in turns to cook up their idea of the perfect evening for the other four. Each believes they can serve up the best dinner party and hopes their unique style will clinch them the title of best host.
COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series two screens weeknights at 8.30pm from Monday August 23rd on The LifeStyle Channel, FOXTEL and AUSTAR.
